• The Best Speech
  • "He sends down water (rain) from the sky, and the valleys flow according to their measure, but the flood bears away the foam that mounts up to the surface, and (also) from that (ore) which they heat in the fire in order to make ornaments or utensils, rises a foam like unto it, thus does Allaah (by parables) show forth truth and falsehood, Then, as for the foam it passes away as scum upon the banks, while that which is for the good of mankind remains in the earth, Thus Allaah sets forth parables (for the truth and falsehood, i.e, Belief and disbelief)." [Ar-Ra'd (13):17]

  • Narrated Abu Burda's father:

    Allah's Apostle said "Three persons will have a double reward:
    1. A Person from the people of the scriptures who believed in his prophet (Jesus or Moses) and then believed in the Prophet Muhammad (i .e. has embraced Islam).
    2. A slave who discharges his duties to Allah and his master.
    3. A master of a woman-slave who teaches her good manners and educates her in the best possible way (the religion) and manumits her and then marries her."
